My mother called me that remind me to delivery an application form yesterday.
As a matter of fact, I still remember this day is very important to me, although
she not remind this thing.
Today, I wake up at eight o'clock, after I prepare everything about myself.
I go to school on foot. Because today have not any final exam subject, I go to
laboratory directly.
I am the first person who go to laboratory, so I must go to 系辦 to borrow the key.
I studied English about TOEFL Grammar whole day in laboratory, and preview some
material about English Reading course because of tomorrow has a final exam.
I think it is very difficult for every of languages when people learn it, you must study them to your heart rather than you
just study them by rote.
It's an essential thing that people have to realize.

今天早上原本是調鬧鈴六點半起床，但又賴到八點了= =+
昨天不知道為了今天的PRESENTATION練習了多少遍！
早上八點洗完臉、刷完牙，步行上山到學校，買了NT20紫米飯糰
每次老闆娘都會問「需要什麼飲料」，我不自覺的心中都會有一種"不買不好意思"的羞愧感= =+
但我就是不想喝嘛＠＠! 面帶著微笑說～不用了= =
可惡! 理工的座位被一位背景看似很正的小姐給佔走了 囧
所以就到教學去尋找空教室，開始吃早餐並在吃完後一直重覆背誦PRESENTATION的稿子
大概背了不下10次，自信滿滿的覺得自己背得很熟了，卻在上台的時候功虧一簣 囧
為什麼上台總是會自己把自己搞的很緊張呀！？
人的天性就是這樣嘛？ 但有的人卻天生很外放，一點都不會有怯場的感覺…
總之，今天的PRESENTATION完全失敗了！ 老師說，對於每件事都要以嚴肅的態度去看待～
我想要流利的英文啊～！
下午待在實驗室，不知道在幹嘛，先完成了電子商務的報告，並討論了一下，
問了一下活動快報搜尋的欄位怎麼呈現，但還不知道怎麼開始著手…難道這星期的進度又要空虛了嗎！？
為了證明我的稿子有背熟，我現在來默打一遍= =+

In this presentation, the news is about the computer. I want to share with you an issue which is about the influence of computers on our life.
Information technology is updated with time, people can use computers to get the latest information from the Internet, and plenty of electronic services can be used on the online trading platforms which are set up by the service provider.
People are able to use software installed in computers to accomplish their works.
Above-mentioned are advantages of using computers in our life.
Although, the computer is very convenient, there are some disadvantages when people use computers.
First, people may get sick or nearsighted because of the high radiation produced by computers when people use them excessively.
Second, people are used to chatting by typing one the Internet which brings out the problem of socializing with people.
Third, children may get some inappropriate information from the Internet which gets rise to adverse impact.
Finally, I think computers really bring the new impact on our life, but we should use it adequately rather than use it abusively.

第一次聽原本是沒有什麼感覺，但反覆聽了許多次，前奏的節奏部分輕快的表現就讓我心裏

非常正面的～不論在雙方之間有什麼阻礙存在，只要我們一起攜手渡過，那就絕對是OK的！

臨床表現
青春痘在醫學上稱「痤瘡」。好發於年輕人，但根據統計10到45歲都可能發生。好發於皮脂腺分佈最多的地方，
譬如面頰、鼻、前額、下巴及前胸後背。其病灶表現變化很多，有白頭粉刺、黑頭粉刺、丘疹、膿皰及囊腫等。
病因
一般認為有四大主要因會影響青春痘的發生：(1)皮脂腺毛囊出口的過度角化 (2)皮脂腺分泌旺盛 (3)細菌過度增生 (4)荷爾蒙的變化。
青春痘惡化原因
1.高熱量、辛辣飲食 2.情緒、壓力 3.熬夜、生活作息不正常 4.不當的清潔及使用致痘保養品、化粧品
5.環境悶熱、出油、流汗 6.曬太陽 7.女性月經週期(1/3女性，月經前惡化)
注意事項
1.須定期回來複診：只要您開始治療，我們確信您的青春痘一定會改善。治療療程常須數週，必須持續地治療，才魴持久有
效地改善青春痘。
2.口服藥物須知：請依醫師指示，勿任意停藥，待病情穩定後，須經減藥階段，無復發情形才可停藥。
3.局部外用藥物使用須知：
(1)粉刺、膿皰、囊腫等不同程度的青春痘，適用之外用藥不同，請依照醫師指示使用，不要隨意試用或共用他人的藥物，
以免惡化。
(2)有時外用藥擦後會發生微紅或脫皮現象。如果這種現象太厲害，就必須停用1-2天，然後再從某一小部位重新擦起。
4.不要熬夜：熬夜易使青春痘惡化。儘量保持心情愉快，早睡早起，避免焦慮煩燥。
5.正確清潔患部：每天以適當清潔用品及溫水洗臉2至3次，。比較嚴重的情況，請依照醫師指示使用潔膚皂洗臉。此外，不
要使用磨京膏之類的粗質洗面劑清洗患部，或過度作臉、按摩皮膚，以避免惡化。
6.勿擠青春痘：因為手指上有許多細菌而容易引起感染發炎，不當的擠壓易造成更嚴重的疤痕。
7.注意飲食：
多吃蔬菜、水果，避免下列食物：1.油炸食物 2.高熱量或過於甜的食物：如巧克力、花生…等 3.辛辣食物。
